How is the user sending the email? What is the design of that's users mail template?

If he is sending from a Lotus Notes client make sure the location document has an email address on it. I would also make sure you have an email address on his person document. If these 2 previously statement did not provide an email address then the server is suppose to "make" the email address based on the format which was outline on the domain document (global domain document).
